Seminar - Hands of Okinawa

     The Hands of Okinawa Seminar isan international karate seminar featuring many of the most accomplished instructors in the world of martial arts. This unique event is organized and sponsored annually by Hanshi Peter “Polander” Ciećwierz (9th Dan) for students of all styles and ranks to learn in a friendly atmosphere of mutual support and respect. This year, we started training on April 26th, the day before the opening ceremony on Saturday, and finished on April 28th. For these three days, eighteen exceptional masters from different parts of the country all came to The WestinTysons Corner hotel in Virginia to share their knowledge, exposing students to a variety of styles,such as:

• Goju Ryu,
• Okinawan Kempo,
• OkinawanKobudo,
• Ryu Te,
• ShorinRyu,
• UechiRyu.
